“I believe in wholesome foods, I believe in doing the best you can with the resources available.  I believe in staying connected with your food sources, supporting local farmers and the community.  I believe in using whole approaches and not harboring stress or guilt or fear.  I believe I reflect all of these values when designing programs or giving nutritional advice.”   –Stacey Waggoner

The common goal of all medicines is to achieve the best health possible.  I believe that an individual should evaluate their personal goals and find the treatment or treatments that best suit their particular needs.  It is important to look at many aspects when considering therapies.  A well-rounded approach which incorporates physical, emotional & spiritual aspects should all be considered for a holistic approach.

Wholesome food remains one of the most essential elements of health.  Nutrition is one aspect of many in the big picture, but it is one of the most important.  Some imbalances can be corrected through nutritional methods alone and some must be combined with other treatments.  A Holistic Nutritionist can recommend food and nutritional supplements to correct diet related imbalances and also to prevent future illness.
