Insight Nutrition is owned by Stacey Waggoner.  Stacey is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, Vancouver campus 2004.  Stacey has also been certified in Iridology studies from the Wild Rose College in 2006.

Stacey is a member of the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants.  She has also completed the North Shore self employment course for business planning.  Since graduating she has worked with clients in several natural health clinics in North Vancouver and Port Coquitlam before staying home to be with her 3 children.

Stacey also worked as a Medical Office Assistant for several years graduating from the Toronto School of Business.  Working in clinics further inspired her to be a Nutritionist.  She felt that there wasn’t enough support for patients on a nutritional level. 

Stacey is very passionate and dedicated to healthy, nourishing foods!  Stacey believes in re-connecting to our food sources and our own inner intuitiveness and looks forward to working with you to achieve your goals
